Only 3 types of coffee are selected from over 100 samples every month. Since we mainly deal directly with overseas green bean importers, we have a lineup that is difficult to find anywhere else in Korea & Malaysia.
We measure the actual temperature and pressure applied to the machine group head with precise measuring equipment (SCACE2, VST's TDS measuring instrument). We will also measure the concentration that can be realized through the grinder you are currently using.
Depending on the machine, grinder, and cup size you are currently using, we suggest recipes that can achieve the same concentration as the Bean Brothers store.
99% of a cup of coffee is water! We will check if the water filter is being used according to the water quality of the partner store and check if there is any risk of scale or corrosion.
